Set-up and management of investment vehicles, with rigour and full regulatory compliance.

Asset management is the structuring, management and monitoring of investment asset portfolios for third parties, with the aim of preserving and growing capital in line with each investor's risk profile and objectives. It requires investment discipline, rigorous risk control and full transparency towards participants.

At Cedrus Capital, our role goes beyond management. We combine strategy with in-house execution capabilities, supporting each vehicle from its incorporation through to the day-to-day implementation of investment decisions. We manage investment funds and collective investment companies (SICs), and design tailored solutions for investors seeking efficient, robust and fully regulated structures.

Our approach

We cover the full life cycle of each investment vehicle. We start by assessing the investor's needs and handling the legal and tax structuring. Next come the incorporation of the vehicle and the definition of its investment policy. We then carry out the day-to-day management and execution of transactions, with regular, transparent reporting to participants.

With an agile structure and an experienced team, we offer our investors the proximity of an independent manager combined with the technical capability needed to operate in demanding markets.
